Job Description

FINANCE INTERNSHIP
Dialight is the world leader in LED industrial lighting technology with millions of LED fixtures installed worldwide. We enable industrial customers operating in demanding environments to reduce their energy costs, maintenance costs, and carbon footprint while maximizing the safety and productivity of their facilities. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to support our operations team. This role offers hands-on experience in sales reporting, financial analysis, account reconciliations, and process improvements within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Assist with sales reporting and trend analysis Support the commissions process by updating existing reports and charts Review account reconciliations and existing financial controls Help identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation initiatives Create and maintain reports using Excel Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ongoing projects and daily operations Review current process notes for improvement opportunities Qualifications Currently pursuing a bachelor s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft office suite, preferably Excel Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment What You ll Gain Hands-on experience in a real-world manufacturing finance department Mentorship from experienced Finance professionals Opportunity to contribute to impactful process improvements Networking opportunities within the organization
