Job Description
Provides functional support for SAP financial modules, particularly FICO, AP, inventory, fixed assets, and general ledger Conducts manual QA testing in SAP environments, documenting test cases and results using Excel or Word Investigates and resolve production issues; ensure data integrity across financial transactions and reports Collaborates closely with Finance, Procurement, and IT teams to gather requirements, test enhancements, and support deployments Manages the creation and lifecycle of purchase orders, vendor contracts, goods receipts, invoice validations, and asset transactions Reconciles financial data and perform root cause analysis of discrepancies (e.g., payment reclassifications, pricing variances) Contributes to automation efforts and testing related to Greenhouse Gas (GHG) reporting, inventory transfer processes, and EDI vendor onboarding Supports integrations and data validation for new systems including Retail, Payroll, and B2B purchasing platforms Why join the Suburban Propane team? - $113,000 Annually (dependent on experience) Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Business, Accounting or Information Technology, QA or field) or equivalent experience is required Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a business/systems analyst role, with a strong finance or accounting foundation An understanding of Systems Integration concepts and experience utilizing them 3+ years of manual QA testing experience in SAP QA environments; ability to document test plans and results clearly Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel) Suburban Propane Partners, L.
