Job Description
We are looking for an Accounting Analyst to support core accounts receivable and general accounting activities.
Responsibilities:
- Process weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc customer invoicing in a timely and accurate manner
- Post customer payments to general ledger received via check and/or ACH; reconcile any short payments or deductions.
- Maintain and analyze weekly aging reports and reconcile to periodic general ledger close.
- Research and resolve all inquiries related to vendor invoicing and payments.
- Conduct daily collection calls on past due invoices.
- Maintain strong working relationships with customers and merchandisers.
