For more information visit our website at www.kearfott.com Program Finance Analyst Overview Responsible for tracking and analyzing financial performance against plan for development and manufacturing programs . Work in collaboration with Project Scheduler to determine earned value metrics. Responsible for contract planning, budgeting, and reporting of cost and schedule. Essential Functions Collect / report actual contract costs to the program manager and customer as required. Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) duties including baseline planning, tracking performance, identifying variances and developing corrective actions with the cognizant Cost Account Managers. Provide regular financial analyses and forecasts to ensure alignment with program goals. Develop and maintain Comprehensive Estimates at Completion (CEAC). Create Cost and Software Data Report (CSDR) in accordance with the CSDR plan Creates Contract Work Breakdown Structure (CWBS)/CWBS dictionary, per the requirements of MIL-STD-881D and conform to the Customer-approved CSDR Plan for the contract and DD Form 2794. Work with Customer Contractor Cost Working Group Integrated Product Team (CWIPT) to ensure all reporting requirements can be met.
