Job Description

LHH has partnered with a top tier Fortune 500 company in their search for Junior Financial Analysts. These openings will report onsite to their New Jersey offices based in the Greater Princeton, NJ Area! Our client is a global financial services organization with a presence thru out the United States and over 30 countries! This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for finance and the desire to contribute to the success of our operations. The ideal candidate will have experience working within financial services, possess a strong attention to detail, and demonstrate proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office tools. In this role, you will work closely with both internal teams and external clients, providing support through various financial transactions, reports, and analysis, all while ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Transactions:
Process routine financial transactions in accordance with established procedures and guidelines, covering areas such as trade processing, payment processing, data entry, and report generation.
Financial Analysis & Reporting:
Generate and analyze reports to provide insights and support decision-making for internal teams and external clients.
Customer Service & Support:
Provide timely, professional, and effective service to internal business partners and external clients. Assist with resolving financial inquiries, ensuring client satisfaction.
Process Improvement:
Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
Compliance & Regulation:
Ensure all financial activities are in full compliance with IRS rules, regulations, and internal policies.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 1+ years of experience working with financial statements and records, with strong attention to detail.
Technical Skills:
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Financial Knowledge:
Strong understanding of financial rules, regulations, policies, and standards, with the ability to adhere to IRS guidelines.
Customer Service:
Proven experience in customer service, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and the ability to resolve issues effectively and professionally.
Critical Thinking:
Strong research and problem-solving abilities to analyze and resolve complex issues.
Professionalism:
Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions. Candidates with experience / internships within banks and financial services are encouraged to apply!
Pay Details:
