About the role

Dental Office Administrator — Treatment & Financial Coordinator (Full-Time, Permanent)

Smile Más Dental — Las Vegas (Boulder Hwy) / Henderson (S. Stephanie St.), NV

About Us

Smile Más Dental is a growing, patient-first practice with two locations in the Las Vegas valley. We're a high-energy team that believes great dentistry starts with helping patients understand and say yes to the care they need. We're looking for a closer; someone who loves connecting with patients, breaking down treatment into plain language, and making the finances work so patients move forward with confidence.

The Role

This is not a front-desk-first position. Your primary job is scheduling treatment and closing cases. You'll sit down with patients during their exam, review the doctor's treatment plan, answer questions, handle objections, build financial arrangements, and get patients scheduled. You'll also support the office with administrative duties as needed, but case acceptance is the core of this role and how your success will be measured.

What You'll Do

Present treatment plans to patients and close cases at a high acceptance rate

Build financial arrangements: insurance benefits breakdowns, payment plans, and third-party financing (CareCredit, Sunbit, etc.)

Follow up on unscheduled and outstanding treatment to bring patients back in

Verify insurance benefits and explain coverage clearly to patients

Collect payments and keep patient ledgers clean and accurate

Support scheduling, patient communication, and general office administration as needed

Track your numbers — case acceptance, production scheduled, and follow-up pipeline

Who We're Looking For

Required:

3+ years as a Treatment Coordinator or Financial Coordinator in a dental office, or prior dental Office Manager experience with direct ownership of patient finances and treatment presentation

Proven track record closing treatment — you can talk about your case acceptance numbers

Strong knowledge of dental insurance (PPO breakdowns, benefits, limitations) and patient financing options

Comfortable discussing money with patients and asking for commitment

Proficiency with dental practice management software

Strict adherence to HIPAA and patient privacy standards

Nice to

Have:

Bilingual English/Spanish

Experience in a multi-location or high-volume practice

Familiarity with same-day treatment workflows

Familiarity with Open Dental

Schedule & Compensation

Schedule:

Compensation:

Benefits:
