We're a boutique firm, so you'll work directly on complex deals from your first month, in a team where your analysis is seen and used, not buried under layers of hierarchy. Job Description Accurately populate standardized templates with financial data and keep them current as deals progress. Gather and organize documents needed for transaction closings Assist with updating trackers, checklists, and internal databases as deals progress Respond to routine internal requests for data or status updates Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 1-2 years' experience in real estate or finance a plus Competency in Microsoft applications including Word and Excel Effective time management and ability to multitask Attention to detail Strong writing skills Additional Information Compensation is $60-75K
