In this role, you'll analyze policies, support departmental metrics, and lead improvements that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across financial operations. The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.
Pay Range:
  $64600  -  $83600  What's in it for you Contribute to policy enhancements and recommend process improvements that strengthen financial controls Take the lead on departmental projects that boost efficiency and performance Play a key role in tracking and driving progress toward departmental goals and KPIs Support and guide account reconciliation efforts, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance Collaborate on the creation and revision of internal control documentation and workflow standards Provide insightful financial and ad hoc reporting to support leadership decision- making Gain exposure to the financial close process and contribute to high-impact business initiatives What you'll bring Solid understanding of accounting principles, fiscal controls, and financial reporting practices that protect organizational assets Skillset to support and enhance financial systems through service requests, testing, and implementation Experience collaborating on cross-functional initiatives that drive continuous improvement and efficiency Analytical skills with the ability to develop actionable insights from performance metrics and reconciliation data Capability to mentor or guide team members while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing work environment
Requirements Education Requirement:
Associate's degree or equivalent experience
