Job Description

Overview The successful candidate will assist Finance Department within the financial forecast, annual budgeting process, and special projects. They will provide financial consulting and strategic level support to senior management. This function will support the analytical engine of the Finance section and is responsible for assisting in developing KPI tools as well as its maintenance.
FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION
Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of expenditure. Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance. Oversee the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis Daily, Weekly, Quarterly, and Monthly Financial reports Implement and work with ERP/ERM and Dashboard reports Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes Supporting Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis. Other ad-hoc task requested by the Director of the Department Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
TRAINING/EDUCATION REQUIRED
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA highly preferred 3+ years' experience in Financial Planning and Analysis Proficient with MS Office Suite

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Strong organizational and detail oriented skills required. Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Access skills desirable Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized. Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity
SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
Shall report all injuries/illnesses to their supervisor that occur at work, the day of the incident Shall report any unsafe conditions that are identified in their respective work area to their supervisor Shall comply with all CAF USA safety policies, procedures, and requirements that are communicated to them, including Job Safety Analysis (JSA) procedures Shall wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) that is communicated and supplied to them Shall keep their respective work area clean and orderly at all times Shall attend all CAF USA required training as soon as possible before the start of their assigned work Shall NOT operate any CAF USA equipment (forklifts, cranes, scissor lifts) until certified to do so This position does not support immigration sponsorship. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $80,000 to $100,000.
