FP&A Analyst Responsibilities Compare actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts, while leading the development of yearly budgets and rolling forecasts Prepare high-quality financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for the Executive Leadership team. Partner with senior leadership on long-term financial planning, business strategy, and Board of Directors presentations. Enhance and maintain existing financial models, including the multi-site budget model Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field required 2+ years of progressive experience in Finance or Consulting, with 1+ year in FP&A Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Hyperion, Essbase, SAP Business Explorer, etc.) strongly preferred Familiarity with ERPs (Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, etc.) Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance analytical productivity (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, etc.) Compensation & Benefits Compensation based on experience, starting at $85,000 yearly Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Employer-matched 401(K) plan up to 6% Hybrid schedule!
