This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who wants to play a strategic role within a rapidly expanding organization while helping lead a major ERP transformation to Workday . The Senior Financial Analyst will serve as a key business partner, providing financial insights, supporting executive decision-making, and driving process improvements across the organization. This individual will have significant exposure to leadership and play an instrumental role in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and Workday implementation initiatives. Responsibilities Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning and analysis activities. Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic business decisions. Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership. Prepare executive-level reporting packages, dashboards, and presentations. Partner with operational leaders to develop budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics. Drive variance analysis and identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies. Support the ongoing implementation and optimization of Workday ERP, including reporting and process enhancements. Participate in special projects, strategic initiatives, and growth-related analyses. Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of finance best practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance, or related disciplines. Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills. Experience working with ERP systems; Workday experience is highly preferred. Strong business acumen and ability to communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Healthcare industry experience is preferred but not required. EB-1483200870
