• Job Summary
• We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled to support finance, operations, and executive decision-making through data-driven solutions.

This role combines business analysis, financial modeling, data engineering, and dashboard development. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Excel, experienced with Databricks, SQL, Python (Pandas), and capable of developing impactful Power BI dashboards that translate complex data into actionable business insights.

• Responsibilities
• Business Analysis & Finance
• Partner with finance, operations, and leadership teams to gather requirements and define reporting needs.

Develop budgets, forecasts, variance analyses, and financial models. Analyze financial and operational performance trends to support strategic decision-making. Design and maintain KPIs and executive scorecards. Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation and data insights.

• Data Engineering / Databricks
• Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks. Cleanse, transform, and prepare large datasets for analytics and reporting. Optimize data models, queries, and workflows for performance and scalability. Integrate data from multiple sources including ERP, finance systems, and operational platforms.
• Reporting & Dashboard Development
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Microsoft Power BI. Create executive-level reporting packages with strong data storytelling. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting solutions. Automate recurring reports and manual data processes.
• Technical / Analytics
• Write complex SQL queries for data extraction and analysis. Leverage advanced Microsoft Excel features such as PivotTables, Power Query, complex formulas, and VBA/macros (preferred). Use Python and Pandas for data wrangling, automation, and advanced analytics. Support ad hoc data analysis and reporting requests from leadership teams
• Required Skill
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in business analysis, finance analytics, BI, or data engineering roles. Strong financial acumen with hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Proven experience with Databricks, SQL, Power BI, and Excel. Proficiency in Python and Pandas. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to business leaders and executives. Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
