About Style Crest Style Crest has a 50+ year tradition of growth and innovation in the building products industry. We serve the manufactured housing and residential exterior cladding markets with a strong product portfolio and operational platform that supports customer success. We are seeking a Manufacturing Senior Financial Analyst to support plant operations, cost accounting, and manufacturing performance analysis. Position Summary The Manufacturing Senior Financial Analyst partners with Plant Managers and Operations leadership to drive cost control, standard costing, inventory accuracy, capital analysis, and operational forecasting within a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on plant finance or cost accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Key Responsibilities Analyze manufacturing variances (PPV, labor efficiency, material usage, overhead absorption) Support standard cost development, cost rolls, and inventory valuation Perform inventory analysis (turns, slow-moving/obsolete inventory, reserves) Lead plant-level budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A activities Support monthly close, accruals, and variance analysis Develop manufacturing KPI dashboards (scrap %, cost per unit, labor efficiency, capacity utilization) Conduct capital investment analysis (ROI, IRR, NPV, payback) Improve ERP reporting and financial modeling processes Partner cross-functionally to drive productivity and margin improvement
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor s degree in Finance or Accounting 5+ years of experience in manufacturing finance, plant accounting, or cost accounting Strong knowledge of standard costing and inventory accounting Advanced Excel skills
Preferred:
