Job Description

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to play a critical role in providing financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making. In this role, you will be responsible for developing budgets, forecasts, and financial models, as well as analyzing financial performance and identifying trends. You'll collaborate with various departments to gather data, provide financial guidance, and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning Lead the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, including consolidation of inputs across functions Analyze financial results versus plan/forecast; investigate variances and clearly articulate key drivers Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly reporting packages, including KPIs and performance metrics Partner with Sales, Operations, and other functions to gather data, validate assumptions, and support business initiatives Provide actionable financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making at the leadership level Support the development of business cases, scenario analyses, and ad-hoc financial modeling Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting, planning processes, and data accuracy Ensure integrity and consistency of financial data across systems, reports, and models Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 3+ years of FP&A or relevant financial analysis experience Strong financial modeling and analytical skills Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar tools preferred Solid understanding of financial statements and key business drivers Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities We're an equal opportunity employer.
