Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY
Assist the Finance team with reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities. Support day-to-day financial planning processes by gathering data, preparing reports, and helping ensure accurate financial information for business decision-making.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in preparing recurring and ad hoc financial reports. Support budgeting and forecasting activities by gathering and compiling data. Help analyze financial data and summarize findings for review. Assist with maintaining spreadsheets, reports, and financial models. Support the preparation of presentations and management reports. Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and other teams to collect information and reconcile data. Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records. Assist with working capital and other financial performance reporting. Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications Previous internship, project work, or coursework in Finance or Accounting. Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, or financial reporting concepts. Exposure to ERP systems such as Oracle.
EDUCATION
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher.
