Liquidity Regulatory Reporting Analyst Assignment Details:
Duration:
12-month contract (W2 only)
Location:
Westlake, TX — 4 days/week onsite. Omaha, NE as backup location.

Team Overview:
The Liquidity Regulatory Reporting team within Treasury manages and monitors key regulatory liquidity metrics and ensures compliance with applicable requirements, including the Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR) and related public disclosures, the Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR), and the FR 2052a Complex Institution Liquidity Monitoring Report. The team also develops tools to help business partners analyze the impact of business decisions, and collaborates with internal and external partners on ongoing examinations and audits of liquidity practices. Day-to-day, the team supports a daily report send tied to finance reporting, working closely with Development teams.
Position Overview:
The Treasury Regulatory Reporting Analyst supports the daily production, validation, control, and submission processes for U.S. liquidity regulatory reporting, with primary responsibility for FR 2052a reporting and additional support for LCR and NSFR reporting. The analyst executes daily reporting activities, performs data quality reviews, investigates anomalies, coordinates issue resolution, and supports regulatory reporting automation initiatives. This is an individual-contributor role — no direct reports. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to independently manage daily production activities within strict regulatory deadlines while partnering with Treasury, Finance, Risk, Data, and Technology teams.
What You'll Do:
Execute daily FR 2052a production, validation, and regulatory submission activities in accordance with established procedures and reporting deadlines Perform detailed variance analysis, reconciliations, and quality reviews to ensure reporting completeness, accuracy, and compliance Utilize SQL to analyze large datasets, investigate reporting anomalies, and identify root causes of data issues Monitor reporting processes, data feeds, and system interfaces; promptly identify, escalate, and track issues through resolution Support LCR and NSFR reporting processes, including data validation, reconciliations, and reporting controls Partner with Treasury, Finance, Risk, Data Management, and Technology teams to resolve data discrepancies and implement reporting enhancements Maintain and enhance reporting procedures, control documentation, governance evidence, and audit support materials Participate in testing, implementation, and production validation of regulatory reporting changes, system upgrades, and new initiatives Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, reduce manual processes, and strengthen operational controls Develop comprehensive business requirements for functional and nonfunctional enhancements supporting liquidity regulatory reporting processes Create and optimize SQL queries to analyze datasets of varying complexity, and develop analytical models and automation solutions Analyze and interpret data from multiple sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and reporting systems Communicate issues to appropriate data owners and monitor/track through timely, effective resolution Participate in projects supporting new initiatives, process improvements, and technology implementation
What You Have:
Bachelor's degree required 3-5+ years of related experience within a financial institution Basic knowledge of finance and accounting, particularly within banking and broker-dealer businesses Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and accounting policy Strong SQL and Excel skills, able to work with large datasets and complex queries Experience with liquidity regulatory reporting (FR 2052a, LCR, NSFR) Experience with AxiomSL ControllerView Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in data analysis and trend identification Excellent documentation skills — able to create comprehensive business requirements, process documentation, and analytical reports Hands-on experience implementing automation tools to optimize reporting processes Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams across Finance, Data, and Technology Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality in all deliverables Demonstrated ownership, initiative, and accountability for high-quality outcomes Ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple changing priorities Adaptability and resilience in uncertain environments with evolving regulatory landscapes
