Job Description

-Abstract leases and track changes for amendments
  • Review accounts receivable records and create receivable invoices to customers
  • Assist with reviews and analysis of tenant ledgers and historical accounting records
  • Create tenant rent statements and track tenant request billings
  • Review and code accounts payable invoices and add appropriate details
  • Assist with CAM reconciliations and budgets
  • Assist with monthly reports for cash flow analysis, accruals, and work order summaries
  • Assist property manager and president with financial related tasks and special projects
  • Complete analysis of potential acquisitions for review with investment committee
  • Opportunity to take on additional responsibilities related to acquisition underwriting
  • Conduct research on properties, neighborhoods, and market trends
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and other professionals in the real estate industry
Industry Requirements:
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with property management processes
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Strong knowledge of technical accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Professional demeanor and customer service-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with Yardi Breeze requested, experience with Yardi Commercial Cafe and Concierge a plus If you have a passion for real estate, are highly organized, and enjoy working in a fast-paced setting, we encourage you to apply.
