Type:

full-time The Business Office at Bryn Mawr Medical Specialist Association is in need of a Financial Analyst to join our growing team. This role, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, will have a focus on financial analysis and internal business reporting with additional accounting responsibilities. The key responsibilities for this role include: Prepare monthly reporting Support in preparing monthly financial statements Perform financial analysis on revenue generated and expenses paid Own AP process surrounding drug expenditures Perform accounting responsibilities surrounding our real estate entity Perform bank account reconciliations Assist in the month-end close process including booking journal entries Assist in financial statement review Serve as a back-up for our current Accounts Payable Specialist Support Chief Financial Officer with analysis as needed Other responsibilities as required

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting Strong attention to details Analytically minded Organized and able to manage multiple priorities Self-driven and self-sufficient Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience with Sage, Ottimate, and ADP a plus but not required Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Pay/Benefits:

  • 90,000 annually.
