NJ/PA POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Financial Analyst you will lead the expedited documentation of transition activities across the Pharmaceutical MedTech organization and the future state DS Deliver organization. As part of the DS separation, MedTech Deliver responsibilities must be assessed, documented, and reallocated across the future state organization. This role will support separation analysis and interim close, forecasting, reporting, and planning activities required during organizational design. The position will work closely with Operations, FP&A, Global Services, and other key business stakeholders across a complex, global, matrix environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Analysis and Transition Support Analyze and articulate Hub business financial results. Coordinate and execute interim financial closing, reporting, forecasting, and planning processes with accuracy. Design costs and execute cross charge allocations between Pharmaceutical RemainCo and Client Synthes. Partner with Hub management teams to identify and recommend actions to mitigate financial risks and reduce financial impacts. Build and utilize activity based management models to provide transparency into the evolution of Hub financials. Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support business understanding and decision making. Forecast separation related CapEx requirements and incorporate them into the Stage Gate process. Documentation and Organizational Transition Document interactions and processes across key business stakeholders, including Operations, FP&A, and Global Services. Document current state and future state EMEA Hub support models, with emphasis on separation requirements. Support the assessment, documentation, and reallocation of responsibilities associated with the DS separation.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 5+ years of relevant business experience in a complex global environment. 1+ year of Supply Chain Finance experience preferred. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required. Experience with TM1, SAP, and Anaplan preferred. Experience with automation and analytics tools such as Power BI, Power Query, Alteryx, or similar platforms preferred. Fluent in English.
