Job duties:

The Financial Analyst will monitor cash flow and working capital, conduct financial analysis and reporting, and provide financial support to internal teams and external clients to support the company's operational and financial performance. Specifically, the position will: Prepare short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts by analyzing accounts receivable, accounts payable, production schedules, and client payment trends; Analyze variances between projected and actual cash flow, identify underlying causes, and provide recommendations to management; Evaluate working capital, liquidity, and other key financial metrics to assess the company's financial performance and operational efficiency; Perform financial analysis and develop forecasts related to operational performance, production output, new product initiatives, and capital investments; Analyze cost structures, revenue streams, and profitability of dental restoration services, including materials, labor, and production factors; Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, pricing strategies, cost control initiatives, and business planning; Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to support management's strategic planning and decision-making; Analyze client billing cycles, accounts receivable aging, and payment trends to identify financial risks and improve cash flow management; Collaborate with internal departments and coordinate with clients on financial matters related to invoicing, payment trends, and account reconciliation.
