We are looking for a dedicated F&O Support Analyst to help maintain and optimize the vital systems that keep our business moving.
Role:
Overview The F&O (Finance & Operations) Support Analyst serves as the primary technical and functional support contact for our ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / Enterprise systems). You will work closely with our finance, warehouse, and operations teams to troubleshoot issues, guide users through system processes, and ensure our distribution workflows run smoothly. Key Responsibilities Provide tier 1 and tier 2 functional support to end-users utilizing the Finance and Operations ERP system. Troubleshoot system errors, workflow bottlenecks, and data discrepancies within inventory, order management, and financial modules. Assist in onboarding and training new employees on core F&O system functionality and best practices. Act as a liaison between the operations team and senior developers/system administrators to escalate complex technical bugs. Monitor system performance and assist with testing during system upgrades or new module rollouts. Perform additional IT and operational duties as needed to support a dynamic warehouse and distribution environment. #IND123
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience supporting ERP systems, specifically Finance & Operations (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O preferred). Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory management, and basic accounting/finance principles. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical warehouse and office staff. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume distribution environment.
