Full Job Description Temporary Property Accounting Analyst II Location:

San Dimas, CA (Hybrid)

Pay:

$30.00 - $32.00 / hour

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Temporary Property Accounting Analyst II to assist with project cost analysis, work order closings, and utility plant accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

Review job closing packages and perform cost/budget analysis. Read engineering drawings (As-built) to identify installed and retired facilities. Prepare complex cost summaries and process journal entries for work order additions and retirements. Develop final cost statements for completed new business jobs and ensure asset compliance. Run asset management queries and handle special account analysis projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

4+ years of accounting or closely related experience (property or utility accounting preferred). Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business strongly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Experience with JD Edwards and asset tracking software preferred. Strong critical thinking, communication, and independent working skills. #COR1
