full-time Accounting Analyst - Up to $100k + bonus Our client, a growing manufacturing company, is hiring an Accounting Analyst. The company has experienced significant growth and currently generates approximately $210 million in revenue. Reporting to the CFO, the Accounting Analyst will support a variety of corporate accounting functions, including general ledger accounting, financial reporting, consolidations, account reconciliations, and the year-end audit process.
•Hybrid work schedule Responsibilities Prepare and maintain journal entries supporting monthly financial reporting. Assist with the month-end close process and preparation of income statements and balance sheets. Support monthly company consolidations and financial statement analysis. Prepare and maintain account reconciliations and accounting analysis schedules. Balance and reconcile intercompany accounts. Assist with year-end audit preparation and work directly with external auditors. Support the development and maintenance of internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures. Prepare monthly consolidated sales and management reporting. Perform general ledger maintenance and account analysis. Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and operational efficiencies. Provide financial analysis related to revenue opportunities and expense savings. Assist senior finance leadership with additional accounting and reporting initiatives as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required. Minimum of 3 years of corporate accounting experience. Experience with general ledger accounting, consolidations, reconciliations, and financial reporting. SAP general ledger experience is a plus.
