About the Role We are seeking an Accounting Analyst, Global Operations to join our team and play an important role in supporting the accuracy and integrity of financial information across our global operations. This is a great opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys working with data, solving discrepancies, improving processes, and working across multiple entities and systems. The position will support accounting operations for our U.S., Italy, and India entities and will be particularly involved in our ERP implementation. Reporting directly to the CFO, this position will work independently to review financial data, perform reconciliations, identify discrepancies, validate transactions, and help establish reliable accounting information for leadership decision-making. This is more than a traditional transactional accounting role—you will have an opportunity to work at the intersection of accounting, financial data, ERP systems, and global operations. What You'll Do Review and validate accounting data entered into the ERP system for accuracy, consistency, and appropriate classification. Support accounting operations across U.S., Italy, and India entities. Perform reconciliations and investigate discrepancies involving multiple entities and currencies. Review accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, customer invoices, receipts, vendor payments, and bank activity. Verify chart of accounts usage, cost coding, transaction classifications, and supporting documentation. Identify and resolve data-entry errors, duplicate records, misclassifications, and other data-quality issues. Support the ERP implementation team and CFO by validating migrated historical data and new transactions before and after ERP go-live. Verify intercompany billing transactions for accuracy, appropriate documentation, and consistency with established billing rates. Reconcile intercompany balances and escalate unresolved issues appropriately. Prepare data-quality, reconciliation, and exception reports for CFO review. Work with accounting contacts, office leadership, the ERP implementation team, and outside accounting partners across multiple time zones. Maintain organized records of reconciliations, findings, supporting documentation, and procedure exceptions. Help develop and maintain accounting procedures and processes as the company continues to grow. Perform other related duties as assigned. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of accounting or finance experience, including experience with reconciliations, financial data analysis, and/or accounting operations. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial transactions. Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, reconciliation workbooks, and working with large data sets. Experience working with an ERP or accounting system. Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies and discrepancies in financial data. Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or another professional services/project-based ERP. Experience supporting an ERP implementation, data migration, or system conversion. Experience with multi-entity accounting or intercompany transactions. Experience working with international entities, multiple currencies, or global accounting operations. Experience in a professional services, engineering, construction, or project-based environment. Familiarity with international accounting documentation, including Italian accounting documents.
