Job Description We are looking for a Corporate Senior Financial Analyst to join a growing Corporate Finance team in Ontario, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping financial strategy and decision-making for a dynamic, fast-growing organization at the forefront of real estate development and construction. What You'll Do Lead and support corporate financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, providing insights that drive strategic decisions.
Perform variance and profitability analysis across diverse real estate and construction projects.
Develop detailed financial models for acquisitions, investments, and new developments.
Prepare and present executive-level reports and performance dashboards for senior leadership.
Collaborate closely with accounting, project management, and operations to ensure accuracy and alignment in financial reporting.
Assist in strategic planning initiatives, helping to shape the company's growth trajectory.
Continuously improve financial processes and reporting tools to enhance efficiency and data integrity.
Qualifications:
What You'll Bring Education:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).Experience:
5+ years in corporate finance, FP&A, or real estate/construction finance.Technical Skills:
Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities; experience with ERP and reporting systems.Knowledge:
Strong understanding of real estate development, project costing, and financial performance metrics.Soft Skills:
