Reporting to the Senior Manager of FP&A, you will be responsible for providing financial and operational support as well as driving revenue and profitability for a portfolio of companies. This is a highly visible role with frequent exposure to senior team members and is an opportunity to have a meaningful impact on company performance. You are motivated to take ownership, problem solve and have the ability to dive deep beyond the surface to diagnose underlying drivers while also seeing the bigger picture in order to tell a story. Responsibilities:
Monthly reporting: budget/forecast vs actual, flux analysis, providing insights into key business drivers and operational metrics to be supplied to the operational leaders and other stakeholders. Active role in annual business planning and budgeting process as well as monthly rolling forecast. Provide meaningful analysis of financial trends and variances to support informed decision making. Conduct financial analyses to evaluate business performance, identify areas for improvement, cost-saving opportunities, and revenue enhancement strategies. Development and maintenance of financial reports, KPIs, and dashboards to track operational metrics that provide timely and accurate insight into key business drivers. Become a super user of financial systems and tools, especially OneStream; own the construction and maintenance of various reporting templates. Skills and Experience needed for success in this role: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field. Ideally 2+ years of experience in one or more highly analytical roles such as corporate FP&A, management consulting, investment banking, VC/PE. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Solid understanding of GAAP, specifically cash to GAAP conversions and revenue recognition principles Experience with financial reporting/accounting/billing systems such as OneStream, NetSuite, Workday or equivalent tools Strong analytical and communication skills, both written and oral Ability to work cross-functionally to drive decision-making and coordinated action. Experience with SaaS companies and familiarity with multiple entity companies a plus
Where:
Denver area with a hybrid schedule of in office 2 days per week. The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, New Zealand, and Australia. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position.

Employee Stock Purchase Program Compensation:
The target base compensation for this position is $70,000 to $85,000 USD per year in most US locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
