Job Description
Tired of your reports going unnoticed? As a Finance Analyst at Earth Fed Muscle , you'll join a small, driven team where your work will directly influence strategy and guide key decisions! In this hybrid role in Reading, PA , you'll take ownership of operational and financial reporting, providing insights that directly shape decisions at the CEO, COO, and CFO levels. This isn't a role where reports sit on a shelf: your contributions will have a real impact from day one and help fuel our rapid growth. If you're ready to take ownership, collaborate with a passionate, fast-moving team, and see the results of your work drive the business forward, we'd love to hear from you! What you'll do As a Finance Analyst, you'll play a central role in shaping how the business makes decisions. You'll dive into multiple reporting workbooks, analyze trends, collaborate across teams, and present your findings to leadership. You'll turn data into actionable insights that drive revenue, optimize operations, and uncover new opportunities for growth. Day to day, you can expect to: Manage up to a dozen operational and financial reporting workbooks, spanning sales, wholesale, shipping, subscriptions, and marketing Maintain and improve the reporting routines behind these workbooks, ensuring accurate daily, weekly, and month-end insights Prepare and present brief PowerPoint updates on a regular basis, delivering clear, accurate insights to leadership and cross-functional teams in both in-person and virtual settings Partner cross functionally with Leadership, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to develop KPIs, ensure data accuracy, and turn reporting into actionable business insights Take an ownership role in supply chain forecasting, wholesale strategic planning, month end reporting, and the annual budgeting process Support company research and development efforts by identifying new opportunities, trends, and risks based on sales, customer, and channel performance data What you need to thrive in this role Associate's degree in Accounting (or equivalent coursework): this role connects the dots between what's happening operationally and what shows up in the financials, so a real grasp of accounting concepts is required 2+ years of professional experience in finance, accounting, financial analysis, cost accounting, inventory, supply chain analytics, or another operations-heavy role, where you owned reporting, analysis, or decisions Advanced Excel skills: you build reports from scratch, pull data together from multiple systems and platforms into one clean structure, troubleshoot formulas without breaking anything, and turn raw numbers into something the team can use Comfortable solving a problem without a roadmap: we'll hand you the "what," but you're the one figuring out the "how" Sharp attention to detail: you catch discrepancies before they become someone else's problem, and your reporting is something people trust without double-checking it themselves Confident communicator who can explain trends, findings, and recommendations clearly to leadership, whether that's a quick huddle or a short presentation Experience in CPG, ecommerce, inventory management, supply chain, manufacturing, wholesale distribution, or a similarly hands-on operational environment is a big plus, extra points if you already know your way around purchase orders, gross margin analysis, product costing, or inventory reporting About us
