Contract-to-Hire Opportunity We're partnering with a well-established consumer and technology-driven organization seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making across a large technology portfolio. This is a highly visible role that works closely with various internal and external teams to drive financial performance and support major technology initiatives. What You'll Be Doing Support month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities across multiple business functions and strategic initiatives. Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis, performance insights, and decision support for operating and project-related expenditures. Analyze spending trends, monitor budget performance, identify risks and opportunities, and develop recommendations to improve financial outcomes. Manage allocations, accruals, workforce-related costs, and contractual commitments while maintaining accurate forecasts and reporting. Perform financial modeling, investment analysis, and process improvement initiatives to enhance planning, reporting, and operational efficiency. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required. 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and business support functions. Strong understanding of financial reporting, variance analysis, capital planning, and investment modeling. Advanced Excel skills required; experience with enterprise planning, reporting, and business intelligence tools preferred. Proven ability to support complex organizations, analyze large data sets, identify trends, and provide actionable financial recommendations. Why Consider This Opportunity?
