This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, posting payments, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Essential Responsibilities Support daily corporate accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management activities. Prepare and process journal entries while maintaining accurate supporting documentation. Perform monthly bank, credit card, and general ledger account reconciliations. Coordinate with internal departments to research and resolve accounting discrepancies and improve financial processes. Maintain financial records, accounting files, and supporting documentation in accordance with company standards. Assist with additional accounting and financial projects as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of corporate accounting or financial operations experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and financial reporting functions. Experience using ERP systems such as Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar accounting software. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. This position is integral to delivering high-quality healthcare support services while ensuring financial accuracy and regulatory compliance.
