The Advanced Integrated Surface Sensors (AISS) Product Area within the Advanced Technology (AT) Strategic Business Unit is seeking an onsite Manager, Program Cost Controls (P4). This role supports the execution of development programs and works with finance management to support contractual Earned Value Management implementation, Estimate at Completion (EAC) development, and ad hoc financial analysis. This role is offered in a hybrid capacity (remote and onsite) based on business needs. What You Will Do Work with program managers and cross-functional teams to support financial reporting and internal control activities Support Earned Value Management (EVM), FP&A activities, proposal support, and ad hoc financial analysis Prepare earned value reporting, including cost, schedule, and financial analysis using standard company tools and processes Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly variance and data analysis Update financial reports and presentations for program leadership Develop and support quarterly Estimates at Completion (EACs) and monthly Latest Revised Estimates (LREs) Process approved Budget Change Requests (BCRs) and ensure updates are incorporated into control systems Support FP&A monthly reporting activities Support tool implementation and process improvement activities Support contractual Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) implementation and maintenance Prepare EVMS Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), including IPMR/IPMDAR, CFSR, and CSDR reporting Perform data analysis and variance reporting activities Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or related field and a minimum of 8 years of related work experience; or an Advanced degree and 5 years of related work experience Experience with data analysis, reporting, and/or process improvement activities, including Program Controls Experience with finance tools related to program costs, scheduling, tracking, and/or forecasting Experience using Raytheon financial tools and systems including Achieving Process Excellence (APEX), Program Management Excellence (PMX) Tool Suite, or similar systems The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required Qualifications We Prefer Experience with Earned Value Management and Estimates at Completion (EACs) Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Microsoft Excel functions such as pivot tables and formulas Experience performing financial analysis, issue identification, and resolution activities Experience communicating financial and program information across cross-functional teams Experience managing assigned responsibilities independently Experience organizing and analyzing large data sets for reporting purposes
