12-month contract-to-hire (W2) Pay rate: $46/hr Overview We're hiring a Financial Analyst to support a busy finance/accounting team with reporting, analysis, reconciliations, and month-end activities. You'll work closely with business leaders and cross-functional partners to ensure accurate results, strong controls, and clear insights for decision-making. What you'll do Collect, analyze, and interpret financial/accounting data to support business decisions Prepare accounting and financial reports; verify data accuracy and investigate variances Research and resolve account reconciliation issues to strengthen controls across the general ledger and balance sheet Perform moderately complex analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights Prepare journal entries and monthly account reconciliations Respond to audit requests and questions from finance leadership and internal partners Support special projects and create summaries/presentations for management as needed What we're looking for

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent technical training) If you don't have a bachelor's degree: additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of the degree 3+ years of accounting/financial experience Understanding of

GAAP , STAT
