WHAT ARE THE HOURS

?This full time role follows a Monday-Friday schedule during standard business hours, with flexibility based on project demands. You'll work in the office during the training period, gain work from home eligibility after one year, and complete periodic site visits as needed.

?As our Industrial Construction Cost Analyst

•Commercial Retail Estimator, you'll take ownership of the estimating process from start to finish

•reviewing drawings, analyzing scopes, and developing detailed cost estimates for commercial and industrial projects, including big box retail work. You'll coordinate with field teams to validate change orders, maintain organized estimate files, support scheduling efforts, and communicate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors. Throughout each bid cycle, you'll negotiate pricing, manage follow ups, and help drive our win/loss performance, ensuring every project begins with clarity and confidence.
