Job Description:

Investment Client Services Analyst (High Net Worth Clients) Salt Lake City, UT (Must live within commutable distance) Hybrid Schedule - 4 days in office / 1 remote $60,000-$85,000/year We're hiring an Investment Client Services Analyst to join a high-touch team supporting high-net-worth investors and financial advisors within a growing financial services organization. This role is focused on day-to-day client interaction and execution across the investment lifecycle, serving as a primary point of contact for investor and advisor inquiries. You'll spend a significant portion of your day communicating directly with clients via phone and email, guiding them through investment processes and ensuring a seamless experience. This is a client-facing, communication-heavy role - not a technical, engineering, or purely back-office position.

What You'll Be Doing:

Serve as a primary point of contact for high-net-worth investors and financial advisors , managing inbound inquiries and delivering timely, accurate support Communicate with clients daily via phone and email to guide them through investment activity, including onboarding, subscriptions, and fund closings Support the execution of investment processes, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-through Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver a smooth and efficient client experience Manage multiple client requests in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Client-focused professional with strong communication skills and a sense of urgency Comfortable with high-volume client interaction and speaking directly with investors and advisors on a daily basis Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Proven ability to collaborate across teams and build strong working relationships Highly organized with strong follow-through

Education & Experience:
