Description The salary range for this position is $120,000-$130,000 and it comes with benefits, including medical, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance. A high-End Investment firm is seeking a Lead Financial Analyst. This is a highly visible role provides information and conducts analysis on total company financial performance, outlook, and plan. You will analyze business unit performance and coordinate interactions with business unit finance leaders to optimize our financial processes and results.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze business unit performance on a monthly and quarterly basis focusing on critical business drivers Support monthly forecasting and annual budgeting efforts, setting timelines and coordinating with team members to define deliverables Establish a relationship with Group VPs of Finance, business unit controllers and corporate staff Lead month and quarter end close processes, tracking and communicating financial results to senior leadership Maintain financial reporting systems and tools, partnering with IT to suggest and implement system enhancements Develop various financial models such as debt offerings, financial projections and rating agencies Assess applicability and lead adoption of improvements and enhancements on existing processes (e.g. Robotic Process Automation) Monitor and assess the Company's internal control environment. Provide recommendations for enhancements and best practices Special projects as assigned or directed such as acquisition analysis, Board presentations, etc. Requirements
