This contract role centers on validating, reconciling, and analyzing financial data as the organization transitions from HFM to OneStream, with a planned consolidation go‑live in August 2026. The analyst will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, identifying discrepancies, and confirming that financial data flows and consolidations operate as expected. This opportunity is well suited for a detail‑oriented professional with strong financial systems experience, advanced Excel skills, and a focus on data integrity and process improvement.

$65+/hour (W2, based on experience) What's the Job? Analyze financial data flows between source systems and OneStream to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Perform detailed data reconciliations and tie‑outs across HFM, OneStream, and supporting schedules. Identify, investigate, and document data discrepancies or process gaps. Support validation activities once consolidations are enabled, ensuring results align with expected financial outcomes. Provide ad hoc financial data analysis and reporting support as needed. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in financial systems, data analysis, or financial consolidation. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex data analysis and reconciliation. Experience analyzing and validating large, complex financial data sets.
