We are looking for an Operations & Financial Coordinator to help us build the operational backbone of our company for the next decade. Problem #1: "I'm constantly fixing chaos nobody wants to solve." What makes us different: At A-Team, we don't normalize chaos.

Inconsistency is a system problem Repeated mistakes should be fixed permanently Operations should run clean and predictably You won't be asked to "just deal with it." You will:
Own outcomes, not just tasks Help shape operational systems Improve workflows Create consistency across the company We want someone whose brain is just as valuable as their execution. What You'll Own Financial Operations Accounts Payable & Receivable Accurate job costing Clean QuickBooks & Buildertrend integration Billing, collections, and financial organization Office Systems & Administration Subcontractor compliance Preliens and documentation Office organization Transitioning the company toward a paperless office Project Setup & Closeout Setting up jobs correctly and consistently Creating organized project structures Managing final closeout documentation Ensuring projects start clean and end clean Systems & Process Improvement SOP creation and maintenance Workflow improvements AI and automation implementation Increasing operational efficiency and consistency Who You Are You are: Process-oriented Ownership-minded Detail-driven Proactive Tech and AI curious Energized by creating order from chaos You probably: Notice inconsistencies immediately Love checklists and organization Get satisfaction from improving systems Take pride in doing things the right way every time Who This Is NOT For This role is not a fit if you: Prefer being told exactly what to do Resist structure or accountability Tend to blame systems or people instead of solving problems Want a purely administrative support role Our Core Values Teamwork
