A Treasury Analyst works mainly with large organizations or governmental agencies to help oversee cash flow, assess finances and to advise the leaders on how to retain a healthy financial position. Can perform a wide variety of tasks, such as financial modeling and forecasting, budgeting and asset management.
General Definition of Position The Operations & Treasury Management Specialist is responsible for performing and supporting the daily operational functions of Operations while serving as a backup resource for Treasury Management services. This position ensures accurate processing, monitoring, reconciliation, and maintenance of deposit-related activities and electronic banking services while supporting compliance with applicable banking regulations, ACH rules, and internal policies. The position works closely with Operations, Treasury Management, Branch Personnel, and Commercial Banking staff to ensure efficient service delivery, operational integrity, risk management, and exceptional customer experience.

Treasury Management Officer Essential Duties and/or Responsibilities Deposit Operations Process and monitor daily deposit operations activities. Review and monitor maintenance and exception reports. Process and monitor NSF items, Stop Payments, Chargebacks, Check exceptions, Levies and Garnishments, and subpoenas. Process address changes. Perform correspondent bank account reconciliations. Complete CDARS/ICS and IntraFi reporting. Prepare operational reports. Complete operational recordkeeping. Process account closures and reporting. Process returns and WSUD's. Process checks and ACH returns and adjustments. Process death notifications. Process ENR entries. ACH & Electronic Payments Administration Process ACH transactions, files, exceptions, pre-notifications, Notifications of Change (NOCs), and returns. Monitor ACH activity for compliance with NACHA Rules and internal risk standards. Assist in ACH return rate monitoring and exception management. Support annual ACH reviews, audits, agreement maintenance, and risk assessments. Provide backup support for wire processing and electronic payment services. Treasury Management Operational Support Serve as backup support for Treasury Management operations including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Online Banking, Business Online Banking, ACH Services, Wire Services, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), Business Mobile Deposit, Business Bill Pay, IntraFi Services, and QuickBooks integration. Assist with Treasury Management customer support requests. Provide backup support for customer training and technical assistance related to Treasury Management products and services. Support Treasury Management for operational reviews, audits, risk assessments, and agreement maintenance. Assist with RDC monitoring, reviews, and compliance requirements. Process analysis statement reporting and related operational activities. Compliance & Risk Management Maintain compliance with all bank policies, procedures, federal regulations, and industry standards. Support internal and external audits related to Deposit Operations and Treasury Management services. Identify and escalate operational, fraud, compliance, and customer service concerns. Recommend process improvements to increase operational efficiency, accuracy, and risk mitigation. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong understanding of Operations processes and procedures. Working knowledge of Treasury Management products and services. Understanding NACHA Rules and ACH processing requirements. Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance requirements, and operational controls. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines. Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and related banking systems. Technology aptitude and ability to learn new systems efficiently. Preferred Experience 3-5 years of banking experience with emphasis in Operations, Treasury Management, or Electronic Banking. Experience with ACH processing and treasury management services administration. Working knowledge of Online Banking platforms, ACH Services, Wire Processing, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, IntraFi Services, and Business Bill Pay. Experience with Fiserv ITI or comparable core banking systems preferred. Experience supporting audits, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance programs.
Pay:
$23.75 - $35.60 per hour
