Translates business needs into detailed system requirements and user stories, while partnering with engineering, quality assurance, and business teams throughout the full software development lifecycle. Supports a policy administration platform along with other configurable enterprise systems such as customer management tools, data integration services, and document generation solutions. Takes ownership of deliverables and consistently follows work through to completion. Works closely with business partners, product leadership, development teams, testing teams, and release management to ensure systems function as intended. Includes investigating and reproducing system issues, assessing the impact of upcoming enhancements, and providing thoughtful recommendations to support successful product implementations and releases.
