Job Description:

Exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded Boston-based asset manager as a Portfolio Operations Analyst. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Portfolio Operations to deliver exceptional service to the firm's clients across both domestic and international portfolios. The Portfolio Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting trade implementation, account reconciliations, cash and security movements, and a wide range of client-driven requests spanning global markets. This role requires strong coordination across internal teams and external counterparties to ensure accurate and timely execution of operational processes. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in an investment management operations role, with exposure to both domestic and international markets preferred. Must also have proficiency in Microsoft Office, including strong Excel, Salesforce or similar CRM. Hybrid role and salary up to115K.
