Portfolio Optimization Analyst

Experteer Overview In this role you will support portfolio implementation and optimization efforts within the Portfolio Management Group to improve trade order generation. You will work with IT, PMG leadership, and IPC to validate technology solutions and reduce implementation risk. You will analyze optimization data and help scale analytics from design to live testing, partnering across teams to deliver practical optimization solutions. This position offers exposure to high-AUM environments, cross-functional collaboration, and a pathway to influence how investment decisions are executed.

Compensation / Benefits

• Conduct rigorous testing and quantitative analysis of trade order generation data to inform decisions
• Collaborate with IT, PMG leadership, and IPC to ensure technology solutions meet quality standards for trade order generation
• Support development and testing of new portfolio management technologies
• Partner with internal groups to scale optimization analysis and develop training/infrastructure
• Create educational and custom optimization solutions for complex client scenarios with client services
• Guide and motivate team members to foster accountability and collaboration
• Analyze optimization data, identify root causes of issues, and support new optimization technologies
• Develop scalable infrastructure from design through testing to implementation
• Contribute to High AUM initiatives and internal training programs
• Coordinate with CRD/TPS and Axioma Direct as applicableTasks
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in optimization solutions or a related field
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to elicit cooperation across senior management and internal stakeholders
