Job Description

Job Description Our Combat Mission Systems Finance team is seeking a Program Financial Analyst II to support the Launching Systems Canister program. This is a hybrid role based out of our Aberdeen, SD facility, working in close collaboration with program management and finance teams. Key job responsibilities will include the following, but other duties may be assigned:
Contract Review and Setup:
Review contract awards and modifications to establish cost collection setups; collaborate with program management to develop cost files and contract baselines.
Financial Planning:
Develop financial forecasts, analyze Estimates at Completion (EAC), and monitor program risks and opportunities.
Analysis & Reporting:
Manage and report on orders, sales, margins, cash flow, and balance sheets. Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial results and forecasts to management.
Billing:
Support progress billings, monitor collections and supplier advances, and forecast cash requirements.
Budget Management:
Update financial budgets and forecasts, providing detailed variance explanations as required.
Operational Support:
Execute month-end financial reporting, advise program managers on plan and schedule trends, and lead project closeout activities. Required Education, Experience, & Skills Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related majors OR 4 years of relevant experience Hands-on experience with data analysis, record keeping, and customer-facing role Proficient with Microsoft Office products, must have proven Excel experience Core competencies: detail oriented, strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to manage multiple priorities, self-motivated, and sound decision making Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Earned Value Management knowledge, understanding of billing systems, or experience with Oracle / Hyperion Basic knowledge of defense contracting regulatory environment (FAR and CAS) Experience with relevant applications in a defense environment
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:
$55150 - $93755 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
