Job Description

Category Therapy - Hospital - PT Job Type Travel A skilled professional is needed for a 13-week assignment providing therapy services in a hospital setting. The role involves delivering high-quality care as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with a guaranteed 36 hours per week. This is a contract opportunity ideal for individuals dedicated to patient-centered rehabilitation and eager to make a positive impact in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications and Experience:
Current licensure or eligibility as a Physical Therapist Assistant Experience in hospital or rehabilitation settings preferred Strong knowledge of therapeutic modalities and rehabilitative techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to document patient care activities accurately and efficiently Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans Carry out therapeutic exercises and interventions under supervision Document patient progress and report findings to supervising therapists Educate patients and families on procedures, exercises, and home care strategies Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team Maintain compliance with all facility policies and regulatory requirements
