What You'll Do As the Regional Project Finance Lead , you'll serve as the key finance partner to regional operations, helping ensure project costs, forecasts, WIP reporting, and close-outs are accurate, timely, and aligned with revenue recognition standards.
You'll:

What They're Looking For Bachelor's degree required 3+ years of experience in construction project accounting or project finance Construction industry experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of WIP accounting and percentage-of-completion revenue recognition Advanced Excel skills, including lookups and pivot tables Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or a similar ERP Strong analytical mindset with the confidence to challenge assumptions Clear communicator who can build strong relationships with Operations while maintaining financial accountability Organized, self-directed, and comfortable juggling multiple active projects at once Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
