Job Description

Experteer Overview In this role, you will support the portfolio management team by delivering timely equity research across assigned sectors, contributing to portfolio outperformance. You'll develop sector expertise and translate market events into actionable views for the Investment Policy Committee and clients. The role combines rigorous data-driven analysis with clear, multi-audience communication within a collaborative research group. This is an opportunity to shape investment perspectives within a well-established, growth-oriented firm.
Compensation / Benefits
  • Develop comprehensive sector knowledge and monitor how market events affect forward returns
  • Build and refine portfolio themes and views for assigned industries
  • Provide regular and ad hoc performance analysis and commentary to the Investment Policy Committee (IPC)
  • Identify industries and stocks likely to outperform benchmarks
  • Contribute to Investment Roundtables, client forums, and meetings with cross-group stakeholders
  • Deliver critical written and oral commentary to client and institutional groups
  • Support portfolio recommendations for IPC and portfolio management teams
  • Report to the Securities Research Manager Tasks
  • Equity research experience (preferred)
  • Experience writing research reports using data and qualitative findings
  • Experience communicating with multiple audiences, including executive-level stakeholders
  • Ability to communicate concisely and efficiently to influence portfolios
  • Intellectual flexibility and comfort with ambiguity in learning and testing new approaches
  • Experience with Bloomberg, Factset, Excel or similar tools Key requirements
