Senior Financial Analyst

Driving Financial Insight, Strategy, and Performance The purpose of this role is to provide transparency and analytical support to Hilti North America Finance and the East Market Leadership Team. This role involves forecasting, reporting, and ongoing steering of the East Market P&L. The Sr. Financial Analyst will partner directly with executive leaders throughout the organization to provide valuable insights and drive profitable growth. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or Data Analytics, required Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or Data Analytics, preferred Minimum three (3) to five (5) years relevant experience; minimum two (2) years experience in Finance or similar role Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills Demonstrated ability to compile and manage large volumes of data and analyze information for reporting purposes Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office, required Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, required Ability to self-reflect and show a high learning agility, whilst proactively seeking and providing constructive feedback Experience with Microsoft Copilot or other AI-powered tools, preferred Knowledge of SAP, preferred Fluent in English required, bilingual preferred Normal office conditions, with partial remote work available Up to 25% of domestic travel required Legal Notice Hilti Inc is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
