Per Hour Benefits:

This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Identifying and communicating actionable insights on Supply performance to support operational execution and decision-making. Developing and analyzing reports to support monthly close activities and financial performance analysis of Supply channels. Contributing to financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis. Analyzing product cost, profit margin, overhead trends, and labor efficiency to identify improvement opportunities. Preparing and presenting clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to Supply leadership. Collaborating with Accounting and other partners to improve and standardize management reporting.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years of experience with FP&A/financial analysis Experienced with budgeting (financial projections, P&Ls, etc.) Strong proficiency in Excel and robust accounting systems required.
