firstPRO is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst who enjoys wearing multiple hats and wants to play a key role in accounting, financial controls, accounts payable, and supply chain analysis. This position offers excellent growth potential, a collaborative team environment, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a dynamic business. Looking to hire ASAP! What You'll Do - Accounting (50%) Lead SOX compliance activities and maintain internal financial controls. Prepare account reconciliations, journal entries, and accruals. Support month-end and year-end close processes. Maintain financial dashboards related to accounts payable and purchase orders. Serve as an ERP subject matter expert for revenue and costing configurations. Accounts Payable (25%) Partner with Procurement and Logistics to ensure timely vendor payments. Oversee the three-way match process between purchase orders, receiving documents, and vendor invoices. Maintain organized payment documentation and ensure compliance with company policies. Supply Chain & Financial Analysis (25%) Analyze inventory, vendors, product lines, and manufacturing costs. Prepare reports and analyses to support operational decision-making. Assist with forecasting and project revenue analysis. Partner with operations to improve financial processes and reporting. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required 5+ years of progressive accounting or financial analysis experience Strong knowledge of SOX compliance and internal controls (required) Experience with accounts payable processes, reconciliations, accruals, and general ledger accounting Manufacturing or industrial industry experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of GAAP Experience working with ERP systems Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Preferred Qualifications - CPA or MBA Public accounting experience Manufacturing accounting experience Experience with inventory accounting or supply chain finance Percentage of Completion (PoC) accounting experience Experience with ERP and financial consolidation systems Why Join Us?
