Senior Financial Analyst Salary:
$100-130K base comp Senior Financial Analyst – Why This Opportunity Stands Out We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join a global, technology-driven advanced manufacturing organization in the Boulder area. This role offers a strong mix of FP&A, cost accounting, operations finance, and strategic business partnership, with meaningful exposure to site leadership and cross-functional teams. Four days in the office and one employee-selected work-from-home day each week Unlimited PTO Benefits begin on day one Tuition reimbursement Exposure to high-growth industries Broad visibility across the business with opportunities to partner directly with functional leaders on financial performance, spending trends, and profitability Stable global organization with continued investment in innovation, acquisitions, and expansion Strong emphasis on continuous improvement, automation, operational excellence, and employee development Opportunity to support products and technologies with real-world impact across healthcare, defense, industrial automation, and next-generation systems Senior Financial Analyst – Key Responsibilities Lead financial analysis supporting month-end close, monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, strategic planning, and variance analysis Partner with functional leaders to analyze spending, identify trends, provide actionable insights, and support profitability and business decisions Develop financial models, management reporting, and ad hoc analyses while ensuring the accuracy and consistency of financial data Support cost accounting activities including standard costing, inventory revaluation, labor and overhead rates, cost pools and allocations, reserves, and consignment inventory Maintain and reconcile financial data across systems, including Hyperion and Made-to-Manage, while supporting audits, process improvements, system enhancements, and automation initiatives Senior Financial Analyst – Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with approximately 5+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience; manufacturing or other advanced industrial environments are highly relevant Strong FP&A, operations finance, financial modeling, management reporting, cost accounting, US GAAP, and advanced Excel skills Experience with M2M, HFM, HFP, SAP, or similar systems is helpful This position requires access to information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
