  • Position Overview
  • We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Senior Financial Analyst to support key financial planning, inventory analysis, and process improvement initiatives within a fast-paced corporate environment.
This individual will play a critical role in driving financial visibility, improving reporting processes, and supporting strategic business decisions through advanced modeling and data analysis. The ideal candidate will possess strong FP&A experience, advanced technical capabilities, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally in high-pressure environments while delivering innovative financial insights and solutions.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • + Build and maintain financial models to track finished goods inventory sold + Develop SKU-level profitability analysis for both ECP and SJV business segments + Lead process mapping initiatives to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement + Support implementation of new financial processes, controls, and reporting structures + Provide daily analytical and operational support for project-related initiatives + Consolidate and analyze large datasets to support financial planning and business modeling activities + Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and IT to support ongoing business initiatives + Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to leadership through reporting and data visualization tools + Assist with ad hoc financial analysis, forecasting, and performance tracking as needed + Take ownership of analytics initiatives and proactively drive impactful business decisions + Support process mapping, internal controls, and continuous improvement initiatives across financial operations •Qualifications•+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required + 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), financial modeling, or corporate finance + Strong experience with data consolidation and business modeling + Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required + Experience working with SAP required + Working knowledge of SQL and Power BI required + NetSuite experience is considered a plus + Proven experience with analytics ownership, process mapping, and financial controls + Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills + Ability to work independently and proactively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments + Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to partner across multiple teams •Preferred Soft Skills•+ Ownership mentality with the ability to independently drive results and business impact + Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail + Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively + Proactive problem-solving approach in high-pressure situations + Process improvement mindset with focus on controls and operational efficiency + Committed to delivering innovative insights and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams •Why Join?

  • Pay Details:
  • $55.
