Job:
The Senior Financial and Data Analyst provides advanced financial analysis and data insights, leading complex projects and serving as a subject matter expert. This role requires strategic thinking and the ability to translate sophisticated data analysis into actionable business recommendations.About This Role:
Lead complex financial analysis projects and strategic initiatives Develop advanced financial models and predictive analytics frameworks Provide senior-level insights to inform executive decision-making Mentor junior analysts and review team deliverables for quality Design and implement process improvements for financial operations Collaborate with leadership to develop financial strategies and metrics Serve as liaison between finance and other business units on data initiatives Identify emerging trends and potential risks through advanced data analysis Drive the adoption of new analytical methods and tools The Ideal Candidate forThis Role:
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or related field 5-7 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or data analytics Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data visualization tools Demonstrated leadership in analytics projects and initiatives Strong track record of delivering insights that drive business outcomes Experience presenting complex findings to executive audiencesPreferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, or related field 2+ years of team leadership or mentoring experience Advanced knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or similar technical skills Experience with predictive modeling and statistical analysis CFA, FRM, or other relevant senior-level certification Banking industry expertise, particularly in your partner segmentCompetencies:
Strategic thinking and business acumen Advanced data analysis and interpretation Project leadership and stakeholder management Influencing and negotiation skills Ability to translate complex findings into clear recommendations Problem anticipation and proactive solution development Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.Compensation:
Compensation range (base pay): $81,662.00-$134,741.00 This role may have a specific starting pay within this range. Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.Work Environment:
It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing in-person collaboration three (3) days a week with remote flexibility two (2) days a week. As part of our team, you'll experience the energy and relationship-building of face-to-face collaboration while still enjoying the flexibility of remote workdays. We provide the tools and technology to ensure seamless transitions between work environments, supporting your productivity wherever you are.
